HMI Touchscreen Troubleshooting

CAUTION: BE SURE TO UNPLUG SYSTEM FROM POWER SOURCE.

1. Turn off the power to your rewind system and unplug it.
   
2. Use a flathead screwdriver to open the enclosure.
   
3. Check the gray cable to make sure that it is plugged into the PLC and that it has not vibrated loose.
   
4. Close and lock the enclosure and turn the power on to the rewind system.
   
5. Turn the power on the touchscreen should be working. (If not proceed to the next section.)
   

CAUTION: BE SURE TO UNPLUG SYSTEM FROM POWER SOURCE.

1. Turn off the power to your rewind system and unplug it.
   
2. Remove HMI cover and back plate on pedestal enclosure
   
3. Make sure all wires are connected and are not loose.
   
4. Reconnect HMI cover and back plate on pedestal enclosure
   
5. Reconnect system to power supply and turn on the system. The touchscreen should be working. If not contact Web Techniques for further troubleshooting.
